Two Brauer Renovations

Indian Creek Golf Club in Carrollton, Texas
This was a 3 million dollar renovation project, that focused on creating more efficient drainage systems, in order to allow for the course to reopen quickly after large amounts of rain. This course was struggling and losing money, but were able to turn their course into a profitable situation.
Course Review: “One thing I really enjoyed about the Creek Course is the moderate level of difficulty. It’s not overly sneaky or diabolical, but occasionally you’ll be faced with tough obstacles and layouts that will challenge you mentally.”
Superior National at Lutsen in Cook County, Minnesota
This course was renovated and reopened in 2017 with the intention to restore it to a stunning resort course. This course is set on one of the most stunning sites in the country with views of Lake Superior, the Sawtooth Mountains, or the rapids or Poplar Creek.
Course Review: “BEAUTIFUL! Had a great time golfing here. Very challenging course with lot’s of elevation. Great views of Lake Superior on many of the holes. The Canyon course was spectacular! Course was in great shape. Though it will cost you over a $100 to play 18 I thought it was worth it.”
